Hi! I’m Ian Carlo Afú Milord, Legal Assistant at Expat-Tations, and I’m mainly in charge of out-of-office procedures, especially those related to notarial and immigration matters. My day-to-day involves accompanying clients through each step of their process, making sure everything moves forward as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Beyond the legal side, I enjoy providing personalized and friendly assistance, doing everything within my reach to ensure that each client has a satisfying experience – both at our offices and when visiting public institutions.

One of the parts I enjoy most about my job is being able to share tips and recommendations with clients who are new to Panama, from great places to eat to spots worth exploring or simply relaxing. I truly believe that offering great service also means helping people feel welcome and supported.

What fulfills me the most is seeing our clients’ happiness once their process is complete, when they finally receive their residence cards and can travel freely without any issues. Knowing that I played a part in that moment of relief and joy is what motivates me to keep giving my best every day at Expat-Tations.
