This continuous operation allows for approximately 1,200 hectares (2,965 acres) of rice to be cultivated annually, yielding an approximate yield of 115 quintals per hectare (4,653 pounds per acre), equivalent to an estimated production of 80 quintals (8,000 pounds) of white rice per hour. The farm is delivered fully equipped and ready to operate. Among the equipment included are eight 120-horsepower New Holland tractors, four 110-horsepower John Deere high-clearance tractors used for sowing and spraying, three Kubota tractors for distribution and inputs, and a 400-horsepower Challenger tractor for land preparation. Also included are two New Holland combine harvesters and one Case combine harvester. For production storage, the farm has four rice silos with a total capacity of 98,000 quintals (9,800,000 pounds), three sheds for inputs, machinery, and mechanics, as well as two cold rooms for seeds with capacities of 7,000 quintals (700,000 pounds) and 3,000 quintals (300,000 pounds), respectively.
