Lorraine KellyWe chose Expat-Tations because we'd previously helped a close friend get in touch with them for her Pensionado Visa, and her entire process from start to finish went incredibly smoothly. Fast forward two years, and we found ourselves needing a new lawyer and a different corporate legal advisor after encountering complications. We had to reapply for our FNV corporate visa, so we reached out to Michael and his team once more in February to kick things off. The whole process was refreshingly straightforward. We made just a couple of visits to their offices in the city and one trip to immigration, where we were processed in and out in literally seven minutes. We now have our new temporary visa, and we're hoping to receive our cedula within the next few months. What struck us most was how professionally the entire Expat-Tations team handled everything. It felt almost too good to be true, but they proved themselves at every turn, keeping us informed every step of the way and constantly checking in to make sure we were satisfied. To say we were thrilled would be an understatement. This was also there 1st time dealing with a UK couple for FNV. Please do your due diligence when sourcing a lawyer for your Pensionado or FNV, and get every cost and what it actually includes in writing. The cheapest is not always the cheapest as we found out the hard way. Massive thank you to Michael, Ricardo, Bastian, Edgar, Anna and the rest of the team. You guys are truly incredible, and I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

Expat-Tations offers a complete end to end hassle free service for getting important documents apostilled and translated. They also have a digital fingerprint service to the FBI which no one else has in Costa Rica. They helped me get my birth certificate and FBI report processed and in my hands very quickly and smoothly. 100% recommended.

Galina BrameThe service provided was amazing! It was more efficient, faster, and much cheaper than if I had ordered it in the US. And the price included 3 services: US Apostille, expedited shipping from the US to Panama, and a notarized translation. Everything took just 2 weeks and we didn't have to do anything: no running around, no head aches. Highly recommend this company if you need a US Apostille on your US documents while in Panama!

EPOutstanding service! They went above and beyond for me with requesting multiple documents from both the US and Panama and getting them apostilled. Everything had to be expedited, and I was amazed at how quickly they got everything done. Ricky was fantastic, he kept me informed at every moment and was always a pleasure to interact with. I would absolutely recommend them!
