Had all kinds of problems with the company we hired in the U.S.A first of all almost $3,000.00 USD for their service. When we get here and go to apply for residency we were told all of our paperwork was no good. I called Sébastien told him our situation and he told me to relax that they would handle everything, and he did when we got our packets from Expat-Tations and went to immigration office to file it was so simple and easy no stress no worries got it done in less than 1 hour both my wife and I. Don't do what I did. Don't waste time or money just hire this company situation back relax and do exactly what they say. I did it without a lawyer all I needed was Expat-tations and a translator. You won't regret it

We chose Expat-Tations because we'd previously helped a close friend get in touch with them for her Pensionado Visa, and her entire process from start to finish went incredibly smoothly. Fast forward two years, and we found ourselves needing a new lawyer and a different corporate legal advisor after encountering complications. We had to reapply for our FNV corporate visa, so we reached out to Michael and his team once more in February to kick things off. The whole process was refreshingly straightforward. We made just a couple of visits to their offices in the city and one trip to immigration, where we were processed in and out in literally seven minutes. We now have our new temporary visa, and we're hoping to receive our cedula within the next few months. What struck us most was how professionally the entire Expat-Tations team handled everything. It felt almost too good to be true, but they proved themselves at every turn, keeping us informed every step of the way and constantly checking in to make sure we were satisfied. To say we were thrilled would be an understatement. This was also there 1st time dealing with a UK couple for FNV. Please do your due diligence when sourcing a lawyer for your Pensionado or FNV, and get every cost and what it actually includes in writing. The cheapest is not always the cheapest as we found out the hard way. Massive thank you to Michael, Ricardo, Bastian, Edgar, Anna and the rest of the team. You guys are truly incredible, and I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

I would like to say that my experience moving to Panama has been excellent with the guidance and service from Expat-Tations. They did a fantastic job with my documents! I had started with their Panama office before moving to Costa Rica, and my plans changed after I arrived and I unexpectedly needed more documents.
