I highly recommend Expat-Tations in San Jose, Costa Rica. We were on a deadline to acquire legal documents from the United States to be ordered and Apostle. We found Expat-Tations Online and downloaded the app. We set up an appointment in San Jose with Expat-Tations to start the process . We were so happy to find this company. They took all the stress away and delivered our documents to us On time. They were professional, answered all of our questions and kept us posted on the process throughout the duration. Had all kinds of problems with the company we hired in the U.S.A first of all almost $3,000.00 USD for their service. When we get here and go to apply for residency we were told all of our paperwork was no good. I called Sébastien told him our situation and he told me to relax that they would handle everything, and he did when we got our packets from Expat-Tations and went to immigration office to file it was so simple and easy no stress no worries got it done in less than 1 hour both my wife and I. Don't do what I did. Don't waste time or money just hire this company situation back relax and do exactly what they say. I did it without a lawyer all I needed was Expat-tations and a translator. You won't regret it

Outstanding service! They went above and beyond for me with requesting multiple documents from both the US and Panama and getting them apostilled. Everything had to be expedited, and I was amazed at how quickly they got everything done. Ricky was fantastic, he kept me informed at every moment and was always a pleasure to interact with. I would absolutely recommend them!

I needed an FBI background check and everything was very professional, quick and easy. The only drawback was the price, which was almost 6 times what I would have paid in the US. Since they are the only people offering this service in Panama, I believe, I would still recommend this business. I just wish there were more affordable options.

They did a stellar job plus they completed all of their tasks on time, which included the Apostille process for an FBI background check, and notarizing and translating all of my income paperwork. Edgar and Sebastian were extremely professional and they immediately caught a couple of mistakes in my documentation that would eventually have delayed my application. They're diligence not only sped up the application process but it also made it stress free. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone who needs immigration and document services.

Would give a million stars if possible, after being blown off and scammed by 2 seperate “lawyers” here we started consulting with Expat-tations and finished the process on our own. They were incredibly kind, transparent, and helpful. They provided multiple services for us at totally reasonable rates, and happily answered any questions that we had relating to the process (more than can be said by a long shot for the “lawyers” we gave 6000 usd to). Thank you so much to everyone at expat-tations, thanks to them we have our tramite and don’t have to deal with people who’s only answer is to try and sell us yet ANOTHER product, packaged as a solution, from one of their affiliates. If you’re having a hard time navigating the immigration system here but are willing to put in leg work expat-tations will be your absolute best resource! Thanks again for everything🙌🏼🙌🏼
